Maël is a designer and maker.

Maël holds a bachelor’s degree in global design from the University of Bordeaux in France and is interning at Superflux while he prepares to begin a master in Material Futures from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design to investigates the speculative, critical and material fields of research. His work focuses on providing experimental hardware and software prototypes. In his practice, he considers the intersection of technology and craft to conceptualize and design low-tech devices.
